I imported the Lambda DNA sequence into Benchling and performed restriction enzyme digestion using the listed enzymes. I explored various simulations and analyzed the resulting gel electrophoresis patterns. The graphical results of my experiments are presented below:
When examining the gel electrophoresis patterns, the first thing that came to mind was a dinosaur with fins. Inspired by these patterns, I translated them into a 3D-rendered dinosaur graphic, as shown below:
